Project Overview:

Urban Sip, a specialty coffee brand targeting urban millennials, wanted to increase awareness for their new ready-to-drink cold brew line. We developed a strategic influencer outreach program tailored to the brand’s identity and customer demographic.

We identified and partnered with 12 micro- and mid-tier influencers across Instagram and TikTok, focusing on coffee enthusiasts, food bloggers, and lifestyle creators. Each influencer was carefully briefed and given creative freedom to showcase the product in their everyday routines—resulting in authentic, engaging content that resonated with their audiences.

In addition to coordinating product seeding and content timelines, we tracked campaign performance in real time, providing insights into reach, engagement, and conversion. The campaign led to a 30% increase in followers on Urban Sip’s social platforms and a 22% spike in sales during the campaign window.
